Who is responsible

Fintelo is independently operated by Nazar Ohdanskyi. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@fintelo.app.

Fintelo does not currently publish a registered business address. Before completing a paid purchase where local law requires additional trader information, ask us for it first.

Data we process

• Account data: email address, password authentication data handled by Supabase Auth, and the optional profile name and primary currency you provide.
• Financial workspace data: the Spaces, accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, recurring payments, assets, deposits, debts, notes, and attachments or descriptions you enter.
• Premium and payment data: an internal order reference, payment status, chosen crypto currency, payment identifiers, and Premium access dates. Fintelo does not ask for or store your wallet private keys.
• AI data: the question you submit, relevant financial snapshot data, generated responses, report settings, and AI usage records needed to provide and limit the feature.
• Technical data: essential session information, security and error logs, and the theme preference stored in your browser.

Why we use it

We use your data to provide the account and financial workspace you requested; secure the service; calculate balances, budgets and projections; process Premium access; answer support requests; and send reports only when you enable them. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

For people in the EEA or UK, the usual legal bases are performance of the contract with you, our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and reliable, your consent where it is required, and legal obligations where applicable.

Processors and third parties

We use service providers to operate particular features. They receive only the data needed for their part of the service.

• Supabase for authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel for application hosting and delivery.
• Anthropic when you use Premium AI features. The relevant financial snapshot and conversation content are sent to generate your answer or report.
• Brevo when you enable email reports. It receives the destination email address and report content.
• NOWPayments when you start crypto checkout. It processes the payment flow and returns payment status information.
• CoinGecko, Finnhub, EODHD and FRED for market, FX or macroeconomic context. Requests may include an instrument symbol or currency; they do not need your login credentials.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Their own terms and safeguards govern those transfers. We do not promise that every provider is available in every country.

Retention, security and your choices

We keep account and workspace data while your account remains active, then delete or anonymise it on a verified deletion request unless we need a limited record for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or a legal obligation. Fintelo currently does not offer self-service account deletion; email support to request it.

We use encrypted connections and access controls, including workspace-level permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your password private and contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export your personal data, and to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies and changes

Fintelo uses essential authentication cookies and a local browser preference for theme. It does not add advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics. If this changes, we will update this policy before using the new purpose where required.

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised update date.
