What Fintelo is

Fintelo is a personal financial organisation tool. It lets you record and review information you choose to enter, including transactions, accounts, budgets, assets, deposits, subscriptions and debts. It is operated by Nazar Ohdanskyi. Contact: support@fintelo.app.

These terms apply when you create an account, use the site, or buy Premium. If mandatory consumer-protection law gives you additional rights, these terms do not remove them.

Your account and data

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and use the service only where you are legally allowed to do so. You remain responsible for the financial information you enter and for checking it before acting on it.

Do not use Fintelo to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, probe or disrupt the service, or upload data you are not allowed to share. You may export your data using the available export tools.

Premium and crypto payments

Premium currently provides one month of access after NOWPayments confirms a completed crypto payment. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. The checkout displays the payment amount and enabled currencies before you pay.

Premium purchases are non-refundable once payment is sent and confirmed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where a confirmed payment did not provide the purchased access because of Fintelo’s technical error. Blockchain payments normally cannot be cancelled or reversed after sending. Payment processing, wallet availability, exchange rates and network fees are outside Fintelo’s control.

AI and financial information

Premium AI features analyse supplied workspace data and may use dated external market or macroeconomic context. They can be incomplete, wrong, delayed or unsuitable for your situation. They are not investment, financial-planning, tax, legal, insurance, accounting, credit or debt-management advice. Read the AI & financial disclaimer before relying on an answer.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Fintelo available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, providers and supported currencies can change. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or to prevent misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, Fintelo is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Disputes, contact and updates

Contact support first so we can try to resolve a problem fairly. No single governing law or court is selected in these terms because Fintelo is not yet published through a registered entity with a public address. Any mandatory law and consumer protections that apply to you remain in force.

We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. The new version will appear here with an updated date. Continuing to use Fintelo after a change means you accept it to the extent permitted by law.
