How Premium is sold

Fintelo Premium is sold as a one-month crypto purchase through NOWPayments and does not renew automatically. The provider checkout shows the payment amount and available cryptocurrencies before payment. Access starts only after NOWPayments confirms the transaction; a pending or unconfirmed transfer does not grant access.

Premium purchases are non-refundable

Once a crypto payment is sent and confirmed, Premium is non-refundable. Fintelo does not offer discretionary, partial, or unused-time refunds. Crypto transfers are generally irreversible; network fees and exchange-rate changes may apply. Do not pay unless you agree with the checkout amount.

A confirmed payment that did not provide purchased access because of a Fintelo technical error is the exception. Contact support@fintelo.app with the order reference and only safe-to-share payment details. Never email a seed phrase, private key, or wallet password.

Consumer rights

Nothing here removes mandatory refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights. Whether a right applies depends on your country, purchase circumstances, and when digital access begins. Contact us before paying if you need clarification for your location.
